Today, our website is launching a new section for the Dragon BAll series game lovers. Here we will include all the latest content,  news and updates about dragon ball gaming

The Dragon Ball video game series are based on the manga and anime series of the same name created by Akira Toriyama. The games are of various genres, mostly role-playing, platform and fighting games, although the latter have become the most prominent.

From 1986, since the establishment of the company many video games based on the basic story have been released in Japan, with the majority being produced by Bandai. Most of the games were also localized and released in European countries like France, Spain and Portugal because of the strong following the series already had in those countries. Up until 1997’s Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout, none of games have localized for the North American market, so this was the first game to reach American gaming industries.

In 2000, the Dragon Ball game making company, Atari announced their release of their first two titles in the  gaming franchise in north America which was Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku, and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai. However, with the expiration of the Atari deal in 2009, Namco Bandai Games assumed the North American and European distribution rights, officially starting in 2010. So from that day, till now games are released by Namco Bandai.
