Dragon Ball Super: Vegeta saves Goku’s life

In this episode of Dragon Ball Super, Vegeta saves Goku’s life by throwing a ki blast at Frieza, because he needs him to train and to become stronger. Vegeta asks Gohan and Krillin to give Goku a senzu bean to recover his health, but Frieza tries to prevent that. However, Vegeta dodges Frieza’s ki blasts and kicks Goku away to save him. Once Goku recovers with the senzu bean, Frieza starts to ramble about how Vegeta can’t beat him. After this, Vegeta transforms into Super Saiyan Blue (SSGSS). Goku starts to talk about he reached his SSGSS transformation through the help of the other saiyans, and says that Vegeta was able to reach this transformation without any help and through only his power. Vegeta starts to doge all of the ki blasts that Frieza keeps throwing at him.

Vegeta beats up Frieza

Vegeta beats up Frieza by punching him almost non-stop, and this leads to Golden Frieza reverting to his fourth form. Frieza is in his knees and complaining that he is losing to Vegeta. As Vegeta is getting ready to shoot Frieza with a ki blast, Frieza places his hand on the ground and uses some type of energy blast to destroy the earth. The good news is that Whis uses his power to teleport Jaco, Krillin, Gohan, Tien, Bulma, Master Roshi, and Beerus to outter space. Goku starts to have remorse because he didn’t kill Frieza while he had the chance. Then, Beerus tells Goku if he could send Frieza back to Hell.

Whis can turn time back

Whis says that he could turn time back, but only for 3 minutes. After Whis returns time to before Frieza destroyed the earth, Goku transforms into SSGSS, charges up a kamehameha and screams to Vegeta to get out of his way. Goku blasts his kamehameha and kills Frieza before Vegeta gets his chance to do so. While Frieza is dying from the kamehameha, he screams “this can’t be happening.” Vegeta starts to complaining to Goku and asks him what did he do, and says that he was about to eliminate Frieza. Vegeta is very confused because he didn’t know that Whis turned time back so that the earth may be saved by Goku. Once Vegeta becomes aware of the events, he becomes happy and realizes that he would have been dead if it wasn’t for Goku.

Goku wants to revive Piccolo

Goku teleports back to Namek to revive Piccolo with the dragon balls, and then tells him about Golden Frieza. Gohan asks Piccolo to train him again, because he’d like to be able to protect those he loves. On the meanwhile, Bulma has a lot of food prepared for Beerus, Whis, for helping revert time back. Beerus and Whis are very happy about eating food, and even Hercule decides to bring food. After this, Goku goes to say hi to Vegeta. Vegeta says “don’t think I’m going to be thankful to you.” Both Vegeta and Goku agree that they can’t collaborate together in a fight, and prefer to always fight on their own in a fight. Dragon Ball Super: Episode 27 ends with Frieza being back in hell, and screaming because he’s hearing the music played by fairies that annoys him.
