DB Super Episode 31 starts with Bulma flying together with Jaco on his spaceship. He does some crazy maneuvers that really scare Bulma. Jaco then tells Bulma that she hasn’t changed one bit, and then flashbacks are shown of Bulma flying his his spaceship when she was a little kid. During the flashbacks, Bulma’s sister was talking to Jaco and telling him about about how she does whatever she wants. By the way, the name of Bulma’s sister is Tights. Jaco invites Bulma to join the Galactic Patrol, but she refuses because she is busy being Vegeta’s wife, and because she’s the mother of Trunks. Goku and Vegeta get into a conversation about women. According to Vegeta, a saiyan does not like weak women, which is the reason why Goku can handle Chichi’s temper, and why Vegeta can deal with Bulma’s anger. Vegeta’s comment also implies that he is not into sentimental women.
DB Super Episode 31: Who is Zuno?
Bulma and Jaco travel to a star, where Zuno lives. When they both arrive, they are greeted by 4 weird-looking individuals, who happen to look like dolls. These weird looking individuals tell Bulma and Jaco that they need an appointment to talk to Zuno. The waiting time for an appointment is seven years. Zuno is someone who knows all the answers to the universe. He is very large, round, and looks like a doll. Also, he looks like he is wearing makeup and a bit of lipstick. Jaco kisses Zuno on the cheek and asks him what is the size of Bulma’s bra. According to Zuno, her bra size is 83.4 centimeters. Before she had 87, but then she got a bit saggy. In order for Zuno to answer questions from Bulma, she must kiss him in the cheek. Since she is a bit old and is not his type, he says he will only answer 3 of her questions. The problem is that Bulma screws up a bit while asking two questions. Bulma asks Zuno to tell her everything about the super dragon balls.
DB Super Episode 31: Super Dragon Balls and Zamora
According to Zuno, the super dragon balls are 41 years old, and they were created by a man-dragon, who is 47196 years old, and is named Zamora. It seems that Zamora is the equivalent of Shenron. A super dragon ball is 2205 kilometers and it’s a perfect sphere. When collecting the super dragon balls from Universe 6th and Universe 7th, there are a total of 7 super dragon balls. Jaco goes back to his planet. Vegeta asks Bulma if Jaco told her any strange stuff. Goku then tells Bulma that Jaco told him that her boobs are saggy.
